Inhabited primarily by the Maasai people, it also hosts significant populations of other tribes such as the Chagga, Meru, and Pare. Beginning amidst vast plains adorned with acacia trees, our route gradually transitions to greener landscapes near the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro, where vibrant cultivation thrives. Our cycling adventure concludes in Longido village, nestled amidst Maasai homesteads and offering stunning vistas of the west Kilimanjaro plains.

The final leg of your cycling adventure will see you meandering through the quaint villages and lush plantations adorning the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The initial part of your journey will entail navigating through several challenging inclines and declines. Cycling along the lesser-traveled back roads, you'll pass through the suburbs and outskirts of Kilimanjaro en route to Sanya Juu village, marking the culmination of your remarkable 2-day excursion around West Kilimanjaro on two wheels. Concluding the evening in style, you'll indulge in a delightful celebratory dinner, accompanied by sparkling wine, as you raise a toast to your triumphant achievement.
