The first day of your safari begins with a visit to Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, you'll immediately notice its vast open spaces and the distinctive baobab trees that scatter the landscape. Tarangire is home to large herds of elephants, which are often the highlight of a visit. Along with elephants, you'll also see giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a variety of bird species, such as hornbills, ostriches, and migratory birds. Your guide will lead you through the park’s diverse areas, including riverbanks, open grasslands, and swamps, where you’ll have ample opportunities to observe wildlife. After a full day of exploration, you’ll head to your accommodation for the night near Ngorongoro Crater.

On the second day, you’ll drive to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most unique wildlife spots in Africa. The crater is a massive caldera, home to a year-round concentration of animals that includes lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards. The game drive takes you down into the crater floor, where you’ll explore different ecosystems, including grassy plains, lakes, and forested areas. Here, you can also spot flamingos at the crater’s freshwater lakes and observe a variety of wildlife in one of the most biodiverse areas on the continent. After a fulfilling day of game viewing, you’ll begin your return journey, having experienced two of Tanzania’s most incredible wildlife hotspots.
