Your safari adventure begins with a visit to Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its large elephant populations and striking baobab trees. Upon arrival, you’ll set off on a game drive through the park’s open plains, swamps, and riverbanks. During your time in the park, you’ll encounter herds of elephants, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, and an array of bird species. Tarangire is particularly known for its elephants, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to observe them up close. After a day of wildlife viewing, you’ll stay in accommodation near the park.

On the second day, you’ll drive to Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous parks in Africa. Serengeti’s vast grasslands are home to a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. The park is particularly famous for the Great Migration of wildebeests and zebras, which takes place annually and offers a unique and dramatic spectacle. Your guide will take you through the park’s varied ecosystems to explore different habitats and maximize your chances of seeing wildlife. After a full day of game viewing, you’ll spend the night at a lodge or camp within the Serengeti.

The third day is another full day in the Serengeti, allowing you to further explore the park. You’ll go on both morning and afternoon game drives to experience different parts of the park and view a variety of animals. In addition to the Big Five, you may spot cheetahs hunting, hyenas scavenging, and a wide range of bird species. Serengeti is one of the best places to see predators in action, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to witness the natural behaviors of these majestic animals. After your second day of safari exploration, you’ll return to your accommodation for a restful night.

On the final day of your safari, you’ll drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most unique wildlife areas in the world. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, zebras, and the endangered black rhino. The varied landscapes of the crater, from the grasslands to the freshwater lakes, provide a diverse environment for animals to thrive. You’ll enjoy a full day of game viewing before returning to your accommodation, concluding your safari with one final look at Tanzania’s incredible wildlife.
