A Tanzania safari trip to Lake Manyara National Park is a fantastic adventure that offers the opportunity to experience the rich biodiversity and stunning landscapes of this East African country. Lake Manyara National Park is located in northern Tanzania, near the town of Mto wa Mbu and the city of Arusha. It is part of the northern safari circuit, which includes other famous destinations like the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park.

Tanzania's Great Rift Valley's Lake Manyara National Park is home to more than 400 different bird species, elephants, buffaloes, hippopotamuses, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, monkeys, and antelopes, among other diverse fauna. Beautiful views are offered by the park's gorgeous lake and magnificent scenery. Hiking routes, birdwatching, and guided wildlife drives are among the activities available. The dry season, which runs from June to October, is the ideal time to go because the weather is nice and the wildlife is most active.

Day 1: Lake Manyara National Park

01

After breakfast and careful preparations in the morning, you will be taken to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of gaming. Since it takes 150 km to get from Arusha to a destination, your day's game drive will begin about midday on that day. You will arrive at Lake Manyara National Park after reaching at the local market and taking a quick diversion. One of the world's greatest locations for photography and game viewing is the Lake Manyara National Park. Many of the most well-known creatures, including BIG FIVEs, will be visible to you. Of particular, the lions that climb acacia trees will require some photo ops. Lake Manyara is the site of a bird-watching safari where a vast variety of bird species are discovered. Such bird’s species are like large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the colored lilac breasted roller. After today’s game drive safari in Lake Manyara National Park, we will take a journey back to Moshi/Arusha.
