In the early morning at 0600hrs, drive from Kampala with lunch en-route in Mbarara and proceed to either Bwindi impenetrable Forest National Park or to Mgahinga Gorilla N.P. You will arrive to the gorilla reserve in time for dinner and overnight at:

After an early breakfast, depart to the park headquarters and proceed for briefing from park ranger guides at 7.30 before starting your Gorilla trek at 8.00am through steeply forested and beautiful landscape along several animal trails. The climax of the adventure is the opportunity to view the gentle and endangered mountain Gorillas which is an exciting and memorable experience, later return to your lodge for lunch. The Walk begins with your guide at Buhoma Community Rest Camp and is most informative, rewarding to the average visitor.
