Witnessing the yearly Great Migration of millions of wildebeest, zebras, and other herbivores across the Serengeti environment is a unique wildlife experience that can only be had on a 5-day Serengeti migration safari in Tanzania. There are 500 different types of birds and over 70 large mammal species in the park, which is situated in northern Tanzania. In search of new grazing grounds, the migration follows patterns of rainfall, beginning in the southern Serengeti in December or January.
Herds of Serengeti migration began to traverse crocodile-infested rivers in May or June. They arrive at Maasai Mara Reserve, Tanzania's northernmost point, around July or August, where they graze before heading back to the southern plains. Game drives are available during the five-day Serengeti migration safari in both the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, well known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World," and Serengeti National Park.
A 5-day Serengeti migration safari in Tanzania provides an immersive wildlife experience, enabling guests to see lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. There are tented camps and opulent lodges available for lodging, some of which are ideally situated close to popular spots for observing animals. Visitors come away from this amazing journey with lifelong memories.

Take advantage of a full day of game viewing and game drive near the Mara River, where you may see the migratory river crossing. The massive herds at Kogatende guarantee fantastic game viewing from August to October. They cross the river every day, frequently going in various directions. There's no real movement because the herds usually cross the river back and forth following the rains bring with them new grasses.
We will proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon following an exhilarating game drive filled with animal sightings and a picnic lunch. We will spend the night here, with a view of the Ngorongoro Crater's intact caldera. There is nothing quite like seeing the savannah at sunset. Guests may look forward to a delicious meal cooked by our friendly cook at your accommodations after a tiring day of exploring.
You'll travel 600 meters to reach the Ngorongoro crater floor after breakfast for an exciting game drive. Known as Africa's Eden and the eighth wonder of the world, it is home to a wide range of wildlife, such as buffalo, zebra hippos, rhinos, elephants, and cats including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas.
