On day 1 of the Kilimanjaro climb via the Machame Route, the adventure commences with a scenic drive from Moshi to the Machame Gate, where you will complete necessary park registrations and meet your skilled guides and porters. The trek then takes you through lush rainforests, filled with the chatter of exotic birds and the fragrance of tropical flora, leading to Machame Camp, your first night's campsite, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature under a star-studded African sky

The trail today becomes steeper as you ascend through the forest and into the moorland zone. The landscape transforms as you continue your climb. You'll eventually reach Shira Camp 2, where you'll have fantastic views of the Shira Plateau.

After breakfast, your journey continues from Shira Camp 2 as you ascend toward the imposing Lava Tower, a challenging yet acclimatization-aiding volcanic formation standing at 4,600 meters. This dramatic ascent offers panoramic views of Kilimanjaro's diverse terrain before descending to the picturesque Barranco Camp, nestled in a scenic valley beneath the iconic Barranco Wall, providing a unique blend of adventure and stunning natural beauty.

After breakfast we leave Barranco and continue on a steep ridge up the Barranco wall through the Karanga valley to the junction which connect with the Mweka trail, we continue up to Barafu Camp

This is summit day! You will start your climb in the early hours of the morning to reach the summit, Uhuru Peak, around sunrise. The path takes you through Stella Point and along the crater rim. After celebrating your accomplishment, you'll descend back to Barafu Camp and then continue down to Mweka Camp for the night.

This is the last day for your Kilimanjaro Climbing Via Lemosho route, where your descent from Mweka Camp through the lush rainforest culminates at Mweka Gate, where you receive summit certificates. From there, you'll head back to Moshi, concluding your memorable Kilimanjaro adventure.
