You will be picked up from the airport by a representative of the oasis safaris. He will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Depending on your time of arrival you can explore Kampala city. You will stay in a nice lodge (Forest Cottages). The hotel has convenient safari style furnished rooms, equipped with satellite TV, fridge, bar, telephone, and fan, designed in harmony with the environment and aiming to fully immerse guests in a forest experience.

This day, meet and greet with your guide. Head northwards via Masindi to Murchison falls National Park. You will have a stopover at the Masindi town for lunch. Continue the journey to the Park. You will be staying at Red Chili Rest Camp which is superbly located to explore Murchison at Paraa on the southern bank of the Nile River in the heart of the park, just 500 meters from the Paraa ferry where all vehicles cross the Nile for game drives around the Nile Delta. Go to the top of the falls to see how incredibly the water squeeze into a 6m gape to form a thunderous roar.

Get ready for an early wake-up! In the early morning hours’ animals are the most active, the sun is not yet so bright and temperatures are cooler. It offers the best time to spot wild animals. After an early breakfast, you will go out on a game drive to explore the northern part of the park. Come eye-to-eye with the African animal monarchy: elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, different species of antelope and many tropical birds may all be spotted during the drive. So keep your eyes open, they are all there in Murchison Falls National Park! In the afternoon you will take a boat safari up the Nile River to Murchison Falls. Carefully watch the crocodiles, hundreds of hippos, buffaloes, water birds, monkeys, and all the other thirsty wildlife that the Nile attracts, you will reach the base of the 43-meter high fall approached with a thunderous sound.
Journey Time: 3 hours on a game drive, 2 hours on a Boat cruise

After breakfast, you will drive back to Kampala or Entebbe (Airport) stopping in Nakasongola for Lunch. Continue your journey to the Airport for your flight back home. Now, this is a painful time for us to let you go but still expecting you for another safari with us.
